Refund & Replacement Policy
We have a 30-day refund policy for electronic devices, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund or a replacement.

After 30 days, your order will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Warrantee:
If your order is under the extended 3 months warrantee you will be eligible only for a replacement of the product(s) included in said warrantee at the time of purchase, note that external repairs of the product(s) will void your warrantee and you will not be eligible for a replacement, incase of defects during the warrantee period contact us at support@dlumir.com so we can issue you a replacement.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
